I was so excited to get my Little Black Box today!  As always, I dug into it the minute I got home to see what wonderful handmade goodies were in my box.  Kim was right – this month’s boxes are AWESOME!  I was super excited that I had a scented aroma bead ornament from Polka Dot Scent Shoppe in my box.  I’ve been meaning to pick up some sort of scented thing for my car – and this was PERFECT!  As I had to go out to a meeting tonight, I hung it from my rearview mirror right away.

So what is an aroma bead ornament?  Well, let me tell you!  It’s a custom made decorative air freshener that is perfect to hang in your car, closet, bathroom or other space of your choosing.  My ornament is in the shape of a moon and it’s a gorgeous dark blue color in a delicious blueberry and honeysuckle scent.  And the scent – oh my!  This ornament packs a powerful scent punch that the shop owner says should last up to six months.  The scent is also intensified by heat.  There is a small disclaimer that comes with your aroma bead ornament: they melt at 150-190 degrees Farenheit. 

Another thing to note about Polka Dot Scent Shoppe is that they’ve been in business on Etsy only since February!  Be sure to keep checking in on this shop as they note that new listings will be available soon.
