I just got home from the kick-off event for the Relay For Life that I’m participating in this coming August.  I’m excited to be a team captain once again and share my love for Relay as my Jaycee chapter here in Minnesota Relays for the first time.  We’ve even held our first fundraiser, which was a smashing success!

I ventured out to Etsy and there are a number of handmade shops offering goods for sale for which a percentage of the proceeds will benefit Relay For Life & the American Cancer Society.  Addicted Crafter has some beautiful handmade earrings to offer.  They’re studs featuring a small pearl bead which are then wrapped with silver toned wire.  There’s several different colors to choose from even and at only $6 a pair, you can purchase a few pairs!  And, the best part is that 50% of the proceeds from these earrings will go directly to the American Cancer Society!
