Sublime Dragonfly is in the Box!
Recently I discovered Sublime Dragonfly a few years ago and simply fell in love with their name. Isn’t it so much fun? Aside from having a great name, they also have great soaps, as you will discover through this month’s LBB. I am currently drooling over this Banana Coconut soap…which just happens to be on sale. Two of my favorite scents in a layered, flower-shaped soap for just $2? Who could resist?

I’m a bad friend! I haven’t been around much because I’ve been so busy with my job search. It’s a shame because I’ve had so much stuff to share with you but so little time to do much. I purposely stopped today to take time to write about something adorable though. Those that know me [...]

I had the best surprise waiting for me in the mail box the other day when I got home. A box from Green Haven Soaps! Here you will find handcrafted soaps that are made using a combination of medieval inspiration and modern methods of production. They are crafted from scratch, in the cold process tradition. [...]

Yesterday I brought you a gift idea for the mom(s) in your life for Mother’s Day so I thought I would continue that theme today. This would really make an awesome gift for any woman in your life whether it’s teachers, family or friends. Spotted Cow Soaps started out as a venture for the shop [...]

Of course I was squealing as I went through my whole April LBB, but a couple of samples really stood out. One was the Dark Amber & Lavender Solid Conditioner from Nourish. I have used solid shampoos before, but never solid conditioners. Also, I am not a fan of lavender, but the dark amber really [...]

I was so excited to get my Little Black Box today! As always, I dug into it the minute I got home to see what wonderful handmade goodies were in my box. Kim was right – this month’s boxes are AWESOME! I was super excited that I had a scented aroma bead ornament from Polka [...]

I am normally lured in by vibrant colored soaps with crazy shapes in them – which is mainly what my linen closet is overflowing with. When my last bar of soap ran out, I went digging around for a new one and found a sample of Calla Lily from Rain Barrel Soap. This sample must [...]

Heathen’s Hearth has participated in the LBB a few times before, but this is the first time I got a sample. As soon as I opened my Box, I was greeted by an amazing apple smell that turned out to be a solid scrub heart from Heathen’s Hearth. More to my surprise when I looked [...]

I was overjoyed to receive my Little Black Box today and was even more overjoyed when I started to dig through it after dinner tonight! When I pulled out the ginormous bag of samples from Farm Hussy and started sniffing and rubbing cream & lotion onto my arms to test their goods out, I KNEW [...]

It’s beginning to feel a lot like spring here! I am very happy to be in Florida where the winters aren’t cramping my style for half the year (bye bye Michigan). I realize the first official day of Spring isn’t for another month or so but I’m going to begin celebrating early. I’m going to [...]
